ORDER PROCESSING: We offer over 14,000 OEM accessories at the lowest prices on the net. Since we cannot physically stock all 14,000 accessories, we special order many items from the manufacturer. Please note that delivery on available items is 5-10 business days from the day your order was submitted. The stages of your order are as follows, PENDING: We have received your order and submitted it to the manufacturer. PROCESSING: The manufacturer has filled the order and shipped the order to our store, (once an order has been assigned a "Processing" status, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders.) SHIPPED: We have received the manufacturers shipment and have shipped your order UPS ground.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Products ordered from this website are shipped from Medina, OH via. Once your order has left the warehouse, we cannot be held liable or accountable for lost or damaged shipments. If you package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will not provide credits or refunds for lost or damaged shipments. Cover yourself and request "SHIPPING INSURANCE" to be added to you order!
SHIPPING CHARGES: Due to the fact that we sell our products for the absolute lowest price that the manufacturer will allow, we cannot absorb the cost of handling, packaging material, and other carrier fees. These fees are calculated into the shipping charge quoted at checkout. We do understand that there are other companies that may charge less for shipping, but after looking at their pricing for the same items that we carry, we still offer our customers the best value.
INTERNATIONAL & APO/FPO ORDERS: We do not ship outside of the United States. This includes shipping to an APO/FPO.
SALES TAX: Products purchased from this website are taxable ONLY to Ohio residents.
RETURNS: Should an item be defective from the factory, a replacement can be requested by the customer. Should the customer choose to return an item, they must contact us by email to request a RGA#, (Return Goods Authorization). Any products returned to us without a RGA# will be held or refused and directed back to the sender. The RGA# must be displayed clearly on the return label, do not write directly on the box package. Once a RGA# has been issued, the returned product must be received back in stock within 14 days. A 20% restocking fee will apply on any returns that are not considered "factory defective". Buyer is also responsible for all shipping charges. *IMPORTANT NOTE: any and all packages that have been opened, marked, or damaged in any way WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as a returned item.
